He ran away from the abuse at five and lived on the streets of Korea for the next ten years. He didn’t even know his name until he was fourteen years old. In the summer of 2011 he became a contestant on Korea’s Got Talent where his amazing singing talent and his heart wrenching story as a homeless orphan made him an international sensation and now the whole world knows his name. He has been called the “Korean Susan Doyle”. His YouTube video performance of “Nella Fantasia” and the very moving story of his life from “Korea’s Got Talent” has gone viral now has 4,486,349 as of today.
